This was vastly different from anything else I have ever read and posed several disturbing questions. What if this happened to America? What if it was me, in the games? Would I survive?As well as making me think, I cried a lot while reading this book. And I cares about the characters. Enough to not want the book to end. And enough to wonder already, when I can get my hands on the sequel.
